Christmas 2011

Christmas 2011

Christmas is usually a busy time at our house.  Up early, prepare and cook the turkey,  open presents, more cooking, serve, and finally clean up the mess.  This year Theresa and I decided to do something a bit different.  In an attempt to create a more relaxed environment for the two of us, we’ve decided to have lasagna instead of the traditional Christmas turkey.

We pre-made three lasagnas: veggie, sausage, and white.  Sure seem like about as much work as the turkey.  I was surprised. We did have more time in the morning to open presents with the kids.

Lola kinda sums up the whole day with her excitement for her stocking.  Everyone should be so excited and focused.

Focused
